What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit/debit/check cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex) and PayPal.

Do you offer payment plans?
Get in touch with your Account Executive to see if a payment plan can be arranged for any items you're interested in!

Are your services guaranteed?
Yes! We stand behind all of our products and services 100%! If you're not satisfied for any reason, please bring it to the attention of your Account Executive who is dedicated to your 100% satisfaction!

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products and services, all payments are non-refundable.

I just placed an order. How soon will it be completed?
An average turnaround time is usually listed on all product detail pages. This is the average time it should take to complete. If no turnaround time is listed, any custom quote you request will include both a cost and turnaround time estimate.

Is this website secure?
Absolutely! Just look for the padlock icon towards the bottom of the web page. Clicking on the padlock will provide you with additional security confirmation!

How can I get in touch with you over the phone?
Clicking on the Call link towards the top of the page will allow you to schedule a phone call with your Account Executive on a day and time convenient for you. You can also get in touch through text message or email at any time!

Where can I go to see the status of my order?
All orders are listed under the "My Account" tab. Go there and click on an individual order. You'll then be able to view order details.

I may be interested in your design services. Can I see some examples first?
Most of our design-related services will show at least one example on the product page. Keep in mind unless you're purchasing a template-based design, all work is custom designed for you from scratch.

I have a question not covered in this FAQ.
Keep in mind most of our product pages include a link to read FAQs about that specific product. If you have other questions, however, feel free to call or email your Account Executive.
